Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout according to where you are: 25% in Sweden, and 0% for an EU business that enters a valid VAT number (reverse charge) or for a buyer outside the EU.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal. Your account downgrades at the end of the current billing period.
I work at a university — do I qualify for the free plan?
Yes. Sign up with your institutional email and the student plan is activated automatically. See academic access for details.
Do you offer volume pricing or pilot programmes?
